Pick up order
Allthough we are an online store, we think it is logical you sometimes want to pick up the order instead op shipping it. That is why we do offer you the possibility to pick up goods. You can pick up the goods in Hengelo (O) (the Netherlands), after making an appointment with us. This is in the east of the Netherlands close to the German border. The address will be given you by phone or email. You can payy pay in advance thrue our online store or at the moment of pick up with cash or by card. You can pick up your order within 48 hours and often even on the same day.
Almost all our products can be shipped in a package. Our system automatically tells you if shipping is possible and what the shipping costs are for every country. Next to that, all our packages are insured till an amount of € 500. All our packages will be delivered in 1 or 2 working days, depending of the time of order and country. To give you an idea of the shipping costs, we give you an overview for the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

It also possible to cheaply ship packages to other countries. Our system offers prices for many European countries. If the system does not generates a price for you, please contact us. We can shipp our products thrue the whole world.
Returning your order is free and possible when meets the following demands:
- The product should be in the same condition to be sold again
- The product is in the same or better shipping package to be returned
- The product has to be returned within 14 days after receiving it
- The order should be returned in our return system

When you buy a new product from us and this is broken or damaged after 14 days of receiving the product we will look if you have any guarantee On our new products we offer a 1 year quarantee from the moment you received the product.
You can email us to [email protected] with the information about the product ánd the proof of purchase. After that, you can bring or ship back the product to us. And then we will look at the problem of the product.
