Dips & Flavours

Dips & Flavours

There are many types of fluids for carp fishing, but they are certainly not the same and therefore should not be confused. We often get the question:

What is the difference between a boilie dip or boilie flavour / liquid?

We therefore try to describe the liquids below for you so that you can buy the best liquid.

Let’s begin with the boilie dips. If you compare a boiliedip and a boilie flavour the first thing you notice is dat the boilie dip is a much firmer fluid dan a boilie flavour. A boilie dip is made to dip your hookbait. When you dip your hookbait in a boiliedip it sticks to your hookbait as a thick fluid for more attraction. A boiliedip can be used as a instant attraction but also for the long attraction. The longer you let your hookbait dip, the more it sucks into the boilie or pop-up.

The next one is the boilie flavour. A boilie flavour is a thinner more oilie like fluid which is very versatile. A flavour is often used when you are making your own boilies. The boilie flavour ensures the taste of your boilie. Boilie flavours are also perfect for a groundbait or for extra attraction for your pellets or particles.

Especially in the summer the flavour is a great attraction because the oilie parts will rise to the surface and makes a great trail to your hookbait.

TIP: keep in mind that you quickly put to much flavour to your boilies or particles. So watch out for that!
